Gabriela Manriquez, B.S. ’89, M.P.I.A. ’97

Gabriela Manriquez oversaw Government Affairs for Latin America at Qualcomm for nearly 20 years, setting the policy and regulatory agenda for the advancement of the company’s wireless technologies, products and services. Prior to joining Qualcomm, Gabriela worked as Director of International Projects for NextWave Telecom in San Diego, and at the Federal Communications Commission's International Bureau in Washington, D.C. Gabriela also serves on the International Community Foundation's board.

Gabriela received a BS in Electrical Engineering from UC San Diego’s Muir College and a MPIA from UC San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy.
