James Kralik

Based in Shanghai, China, James Kralik is Managing Director of Linden Street Capital Limited and CEO of Milestone Capital Strategic Holdings Limited. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, and has lived and worked in China as a management consultant, entrepreneur, business executive, and investor for over thirty-five years.

In addition to various corporate boards, Jim serves on the Board of Trustees of the University School in Cleveland, Ohio. He also serves on the Harvard University Global Advisory Council, and the Harvard Business School Board of Dean’s Advisors.  Active in the Young Presidents Association (YPO) and the Chief Executives Organization (CEO) for many years, Jim is currently CEO’s International Chairman.  At UCSD, Jim serves as chair of UC San Diego’s 21st Century China Center Leadership Board, and as a member of the Chancellor's Leadership Council.

Jim received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard College and MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is married to Yunli Lou, and together they have four adult children.
